Friday: teach spin (45 minutes)
Saturday: bike ride (14 mi.); yoga video (60 minutes)
* I decided to be more honest with myself and call a no-exercise day "none," rather than "rest." If I do have to take a rest day due to fatigue or injury, I will note it as "rest."
